Why This Program?
“I came here to challenge myself. The rigorous curriculum stretches students to learn new concepts and become comfortable being uncomfortable, which is transformational. Everyone in the cohort is here to learn and help each other improve. I also was drawn to the program’s focus on innovation, data and leadership. Those areas will be key in the next phase of my career. And the Action Learning aspect means that students apply what they learn immediately in their organizations, conducting experiments and learning from and sharing results. This program is structured to put students in the best environment to learn and succeed.”
