Jen (JB) Braly is a veteran U.S. Air Force officer and global integration lead of strategic programs at Shire, where she directs a $200-million portfolio of integration programs for the biologics manufacturing sites. Previously, she was senior director at John Hancock, where she led a 25-person project delivery team focused on organizational transformation from traditional waterfall project management practices to Scaled Agile. She also worked at Genzyme, establishing and leading its PMO, setting the global benchmark for portfolio and data governance practices. As a consultant at Deloitte and Booz Allen, she led technology, strategy and operations programs.
