Tyler Hawes is the chief operating officer at Roland Foods, a specialty food import and re-distribution company. Tyler leads day-to-day operations which include sales, marketing, supply chain and operations. Previously, he has held leadership positions in general management at companies like The Chefs’ Warehouse, a specialty foodservice distributor, and Larkin Cold Storage, a cheese import and logistics company.
