The MIT Executive MBA: Making Change Happen

Russell Low, Vice President of Engineering at Veeco Instruments, came to MIT’s Executive MBA program as “a hardcore scientist” with the human capital and hard business skills, but needed to develop soft skills such as motivating people. Low comments that these skills have been very helpful in addressing turnaround and restructuring situations in his workplace, while also giving him a powerful network of peers and professors that he continues to rely on to help address business challenges and make change happen.

The MIT Executive MBA program provides a fundamental education in leadership, arming executives with a new set of skills, tools, and perspectives to make positive change in their companies and the world.
