Ana Escandon is executive director of new business development & strategic planning at Citrofrut. In this role, she is responsible for designing and executing growth initiatives in the fruit and vegetable industry. Previously, she served as director for the Zano Business Unit, where she created and managed concentrate beverages for food service and fruits and vegetable snacks for retail customers. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Ana has launched healthy foods for Mexican consumers under recognized brands, such as Nutrioli cooking oil and Quaker oats. She has also co-founded social entrepreneurship projects for which she received international innovation awards.
