Why This Program?
“As I progressed in my career, it became clear that I needed to know more than just HR to operate effectively in a business environment. When I was invited to sit on my organization’s Executive Committee – as the first HR representative and the first woman on the Committee – I knew it was time to get an MBA to ensure that I could actively contribute to all aspects of the decision making undertaken by the committee. I came here because of the curriculum’s emphasis on entrepreneurship, innovation and technology as well as the diversity of the student body. I was encouraged by such a strong program that values my nontraditional background. This program is a great fit for me and worth the commute.”
